Are you licensed?
Yes, we are licensed with the City of Lancaster.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes to both.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, or Venmo.
Do I need to be home at the time of service?
No, it is totally up to you if someone is home. We'll lock up behind us.
Who provides the service supplies?
We provide all service supplies. If you prefer something specific, just let us know.
What if my home needs special attention.
Just let us know and we can figure out a way to take care of it.
Do you take special requests?
Of course. If there are any hygiene requirements, schedule issues, or health concerns we need to be aware of, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What should I do if I am not happy with the service I received?
Just let us know within one business day of the service appointment and we'll make it right.
Do you clean mold?
We can try. We can attempt to clean minor mold growth, although it may not completely remedy the problem and isn't intended as a treatment or permanent solution.
Can I cancel?
Sure! If there are any issues or the service time no longer works for you, we can always reschedule or cancel the services.
Do you clean under furniture?
We do our best to clean around and under any furniture, but we do not handle anything too heavy for one person to easily move.
What if I have a pet?
No problem, just make sure they are safely secured during the time of the appointment, and that there are no pest problems (fleas, ect). There will be a $20 fee assessed to homes with a pet.
What about children?
Same for children, please have them secured. Although there is no fee for children.
