Standard
A Standard Home Clean is a basic cleaning service. I do not service areas such as walls, windows/blinds, the interior of stoves/refrigerators/appliances, areas beneath/behind large appliances, the interior of cabinets, move heavy furniture or do laundry/dishes during a standard cleaning. It is recommended you begin with a Deluxe Cleaning if you intend to schedule reoccurring standard cleanings in the future. Areas used for storing miscellaneous personal belongings (such as countertops, desks, dressers, and entry tables) will be cleaned around and left in an orderly condition but will not be fully organized. This service is intended for homes that are already being maintained on a regular basis and is ideal for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring cleanings.

Deluxe
A Deluxe Home Cleaning is a more involved service, typically intended as a one-time deep cleaning of a residence or property. A Deluxe Home Cleaning does not include walls, blinds, window tracks, cabinet interiors, laundry, or linen changes unless requested and quoted separately. Items attached to surfaces with adhesive, along with any adhesive residue, will be left as-is. Areas used for storing miscellaneous personal belongings (such as countertops, desks, dressers, and entry tables) will be cleaned around and left in an orderly condition but will not be fully organized.
In most cases, it will be necessary to schedule a Deluxe Clean before scheduling recurring cleaning services.

Home Move-In/Move-Out
Move-in/Move-out cleanings are intended to prepare a residence for resale/inspection after moving out, or to prepare a home for new residents. Vacancy is required during the time of the appointment (this includes no furniture, residents, personal items and other workers), as well as running water and power must be supplied to the property. Garbage and heavy debris will be collected and neatly consolidated; however, you are responsible for its disposal. Walls (if requested) will be priced separately based on level of attention needed but are not typically part of a standard cleaning appointment and can only be spot cleaned. Garages and outdoor patios are not included unless requested and quoted separately.

Vacancy is required during the time of the appointment (this includes no furniture, residents, personal items and other workers), as well as running water and power must be supplied to the property. Item/trash removal and any other extra services or needs can be discussed prior to scheduling, and can typically be accommodated.

Individual-service pricing applies when booked as a standalone appointment. Lower add-on pricing may be available when combined with a home cleaning service.
Microwave, Air Fryers & Toaster Ovens:

Refrigerator/Freezer:

Cleaning and sanitation of interior and exterior of fridge and freezer, as well as the floor underneath (when accessible). This includes the removal and cleaning of all drawers, shelves, and other components. NOT responsible for the treatment of mold, only surface level cleaning.
I will gladly dispose of any expired food at your request at no charge. All food being kept will be stored in an insulated cooler during the duration of the appointment and replaced in an organized manner.
Stove Top/Oven/Broiler:
Prices start at $60 and can vary depending on severity of job.
Cleaning of interior/exterior of oven including stove top, oven, broiler, and any removable pieces (knobs, burners, racks, etc.).
Dishes:
Prices starting at $30 per visit.
Washed by hand or pre-rinsed then put in dishwasher.
Can be hand or dried and put away after a hand wash, or washed in dishwasher and, if time allows, be put away after.
Windows
Prices shown are base prices and may vary depending on the size, condition, or location of the window.

Bathrooms
Bathrooms:
Prices start at $60 and will vary depending on size and level of cleaning required.
A stand-alone bathroom service is intended as a one-time deep cleaning or recurring restroom maintenance service.
A typical bathroom service includes the cleaning and sanitation of the tub/shower area, cleaning and sanitation of the toilet and bowl (including treatment of removable stains and buildup), the cleaning and sanitation of all countertops/sinks/vanities, windows, sills and tracks, light switches, cleaning of vents, interior/exterior of cabinets, baseboards, and sweeping/mopping of the floor.
Running water and power are required.
Minor plumbing issues can generally be worked around, although they may limit the services that can be completed.
